Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Want to give us your printing data and have questions about file formats, printing procedures and other things? Below we have summarized the most frequently asked questions about our printing services.
1. How do I place an order?
Simply contact us via email or by phone. Prices will be provided once we have gathered all of the details regarding your project.
2. I have my own design, what file format do you accept?
We accept PDF, PSD, AI, EPS, JPEG, TIFF, and many more. Please call us to confirm.
3. How can I submit my artwork files?
Many times, submitting artwork files through email is fine as long as the file is under 7MB. For larger files, you will be provided a link to upload your file.
4. Do you offer Graphic Design services? If so, how much do you charge?
Yes, we do offer design services. Prices will vary based on the complexity of the job.
Often times for very large orders, design fees can be waived. Call us to discuss design services.
5. Will my printed job look exactly as it does in the soft-copy PDF proof provided?
There is no guarantee that colors will print exactly as how you are viewing on your computer monitor because every monitor is calibrated differently and will display colors differently. Therefore, red will still print as red, but may differ slightly in darkness or lightness. All text and design elements will print exactly as you see in your soft-copy PDF proof.
6. Do you offer any quality assurances?
Yes. We believe if you are truly not happy with your order due to poor quality, then we will gladly offer a reprint at no cost to you. However, we will not reprint due to text or contact information errors. Proofs are provided to you prior to printing for final review and approval. It is the customer's obligation to review and make sure all text and information are accurate.
